Me and my spouse have been nominated by Province of Manitoba and I have some questions in completing the forms. Can anyone help us?
Here are my queries:
1. In personal details of Schedule A form, what should I write on the date if I am currently employed? Is it acceptable to leave it blank or until which date I have to write?
2. Is it acceptable to write "unemployed" if i have 1 month gap only? And if I babysit, the employer will be the parent of the baby?
3. If i need to use extra page or room for additional information specifically for activities, is there any pattern or must create an appendix? Does it mean I need to use an extra sheet of paper with the name of the form, my name and birth date? or please advise how to make it?
4. In travels, my husband went to visit other country for two months as a tourist and on his 3rd month he found a job in that country. Do i need to write the 2 months that he stayed as tourist in the travel form or not?
5. For full names, is it required to always write the middle name? For example Angeline(Given name) Jones (Middle name) Ferrer (Last Name)
6. Since abbreviations are not acceptable, for example, for BS Psychology do i need to write it full as Bachelor of Science in Psychology?
7. How to compress or write the whole name or company name in each cell since its limited and the fonts are cannot edit?
8. I am currently not in my country of citizenship. In the generic form only 1 detail of national ID can be added. Is it acceptable to write my current national ID from my current country of residence instead of my country of citizenship? But I have national IDs for both countries.
