Does the information below which was lifted from the webiite of canada immigration would mean that ALL applications WILL NO LONGER be submitted on the Province applying for under the PNP. In case, I am applying for SINP, does it mean no documents will be submitted to their office effective Dec 1??

1) As of December 1, 2011, if you are applying under the Provincial Nominee Program, you must submit your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Once you have gathered all required forms and documents listed in the Document Checklist, send your application to:

Citizenship and Immigration
Provincial Nominee Program
Centralized Intake Office
PO Box 1450
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6K5
Canada

However, what is posted on the website of Sasketchawan is that As of December 1, 2011 Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) requires that all Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program applications for permanent residence must be submitted directly to the CIC Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia (Canada) not to the visa office in the country of applicant residence...

Anyone who can enlighten me about this. My application was received at their office last Dec 7, 2011 - my sponsor who mailed it at Canada haven't received any return mails.
