The purpose to start this new topic is to share experiences from those Provincial Nominee Applicants whose cases' processing are adversely effected due to unjustified interpretation/implementation of Ministerial Instruction-1 (MI-1) by CIC on Provincially Nominated Cases rather than FSW Class.
