Provincial nominations for year 2017

Hi All,

This year in January i submitted my application, i was notified in December (17th) that i could apply, provided i had everything they requested. long story short, i sent everything end of January, (from Chile) and waited until June, for them to send me a letter (to my address in Canada, My aunts) saying i had missed a page of the passport in the scanned documents list, therefore i was refused. they stated in the letter, i should re apply next year. so...

Does anyone here, know WHEN do they start receiving the new applications for next year?

This your question is not clear, what did you applied for, which program, and which stage was it rejected, and who rejected it, is it CIC or your visa office, are you applying for visiting or working visa
