What are the provinces that I can easily obtain a PN ? Because according to my calculation I get below CRS scores.

Without spouse and CLB 8 - 337
With spouse and CLB 8 - 323

I wonder whether I can get a PN and apply for PR under FSWP.

U can apply for SINP EE and NSNP Demand EE category B. Both have their own occupation in Demand list and your intended NOC is mandatory in that particular province, where u want to apply. They don't need high CRS. ONLY about 220 enough. job offer not mandatory for these.
NSNP is open now. For 200 seats
