Provincial Nomination 'Pending' even though I said I don't have nomination

I created my EE profile. When I first made it, I said that I have a provincial nomination. This is because, I do have a AINP nomination. Then I got a message from CIC saying I have to contact the province to get it confirmed. Now, AINP won't confirm any previous nominations. So, after that I updated my profile saying that I don't have a nomination. It has been updated and transmitted. It says 'Updated' and 'Read' in the main MyCIC page. But in the application details it says: Application Status 'Open' and Nomination 'Pending'. Why does it say Nomination Pending, when I have already transmitted that I don't have a valid nomination.

P.S.: My profile is eligible and has 'Met' both FSW and CEC criteria.

Anybody facing similar problems?

Sams goes for me. Still says pending even though I updated my forms to NO PNP (Ontario wouldn't confirm my certificate for EE)

I complained using their case-specific form. Nothing yet. Let's see.

Province has 30 days to confirm your nomination.
If it is not confirmed, the EE profile may be removed from ppol. IT is from PNP page on CIC site.
However, if you registered to Job Bank, there is no reason to remove EE profile from pool after 30 days. Therefore, your situation is normal, unless CIC developers are low quality.
