I am in deep trouble here with lot of things but guess this one might be straight forward reason of PR rejection.
I had received Nomination from OINP in Dec 2015 and getting expired on 20th June 2016.I earlier applied for PR and my application was rejected due to Spouse PCC so I am in the process of obtaining one for her and immediate after rejection of my MR , I created new EE profile but OINP took 6 weeks to transfer my nomination and Nomination was finally transferred to my new EE profile so I am now waiting for next draw and ITA for PR.
But my nomination is getting expired on 20th June 2016 however I have to gather PCC for 2 countries for myself which is expected to take 2 months before I apply for PR again
Has anyone experienced this kind of situation, when we receive ITA and will have 60 days to apply for PR but Nomination will be expired before applying and getting AOR. Will CIC reject my application straightforward in this case?
