Dear Seniors & Brayanna,

Anyone have any idea about if province checks background information and previous canadian TRVs refusal details from IRCC/CIC before issuing nomination to a candidate?

Or, province only verifies the documents submitted by the applicant and its credibility and visa refusal reasons are done from federal level while applying for e-APR?
