My IELTS score is the following.
Overall Band 6.0
Listening 5.5
Reading 5.0
Writing 7.0
Speaking 6.5
Since i didn't get 6 in each band i cannot apply for Express Entry. Please let me know if i can apply to any provinces directly. I heard that candidates with less ielts score are eligible to apply for some provinces.
