Provinces and Territories of Interest

Hey Everyone,

When I fill the application section - Province and Territories of Interest I run into an error.

I select British Columbia as my territory of interest as my job offer is from Vancouver, however when I do that it does not let me select "No" for the following question

I authorize the British Columbia Ministry of Jobs, Tourism & Skills Training to collect from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) all of the information contained in my Express Entry submission that IRCC is authorized to disclose to British Columbia under s. 10.4 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, for the purpose of considering my submission and allowing third parties to consider my submission for selection under Express Entry British Columbia.

From the error it's look like its mandatory? Can anyone help me figure out what are the implications of selecting "yes" as an answer? What affect will it have on the application?

P.S : The error that I get when selecting no is
"You must authorize this province in order to select it for residing "

you cant reside in a province when you dont authorize it access to your EE profile.
