Province and territory of interest after ITA without a job offer

Greetings,

I posted this in the skilled immigration earlier and didn't get a satisfying answer. So i'm reposting here.

I recently got my ITA. My CRS is 463. I don't yet have a job offer. Now, being in the advertising industry I'd ideally like to move to Toronto, Vancouver or Montreal. While filling out my form I came across this section where I was asked which Province/city I intend to move to.

Given my circumstances, what should I do? Does what I pick here have a bearing on my Visa/PR? For instance, if I picked an in-demand city would my application be dismissed on the grounds of unavailability?

No it won't affect your application but do not choose Montreal.

To be eligible under Express entry you should have the intention of residing outside the province of Quebec.
