Providing WES forms in PR application

Hello,
Are we required to attach our WES report to our educational degrees when submitting PR application or the fact that we inputed the WES reference number in PR application is enough? Has anyone got rejected for not providing WES report forms at the time of submission of PR application??

Better to provide it , combine with the original degree certificate and upload
