How do I send in more proof of relationship to help support my case? No one has asked for it yet, and I know this is a bit early since I only got my AOR yesterday, but I'd like to plan ahead anyway.

My wife and I have racked up a trillion pages worth of communication, and I don't want that to go to waste. As weird as it is to have a stranger read our messages to each other, I can deal with it if it helps my wife and I get together sooner.

I read from another forum member if you send too many pages of chat log, the CIC officer will just shred it before reaching the VO. My guess is sending copy of your plane tickets and more trip photos of you two might be a more desirable proof about your relationship.

You wait until they actually ask for it. If they don't ask, don't send anything else.

Where did you read that they'll shred it? Though I included some photos of us together plus one set of plane tickets, not everyone is in a position to provide the amount of photos or tickets the officers want to see. My wife and I haven't even had our honeymoon yet because we're waiting to be reunited in Canada before we do that. The logs I sent to them with my initial application were important, and I wouldn't have included them otherwise. Now I'm being told that they aren't even going to look at that? I want them to read at least some of it before throwing it away.

So far, our relationship has primarily been through calls and messages, because I need to stay in Canada for my job, and because CIC won't grant my wife a visitor visa while our app is being processed. It's a catch 22 honestly... they want proof of us being together but won't let us be together.

They will certainly look at your chat log, what I mean is they will shred some of it if it is excessive.

Given your situation, you may try emailing them the photos.
I know people have done this (I did as well), and it was actually included in the file.

You can email any additional documents (pictures, tickets etc) to general inquiries of the VO that is processing your file. However I would refrain from sending chat logs.

According to what i think is that if you provide them a lot of stuff, even far more than what they have actually asked, u give them more things to look at and to spend more time on your case. Apart from this many senior members have guided us that quantity doesn't matter, the thing that matters is quality. so if you have already provided them things that they want and you think that those things prove your relationship genuine than there is no need to send more.. and chat is not considered as a strong prove. The financial proof or the things where you spend money on each other is considered strong.

Dude, I have a new job, and my vacations days are already in the negative from when I got married. What happens if I get fired? As much as I want to be with her, I have to think of our future as well. Also, she's still studying so I'm supporting her financially.

Agree with quality over quantity. No one knows how many photos or chat logs the officers want to see, they just want to be reasonably convinced that your relationship is genuine. Everyone's situation is different. For example, my husband and I never sent money to each other during our relationship. We had photos of my 2-3 week trips taken with him, as he was never able to get a visa to visit me in Canada. We had 8 years worth of chat logs, emails, and paper letters but I only sent in a few pages/examples of each, a screenshot of my email inbox showing regular correspondence, and a photo of the pile of letters we wrote to each other. I worried to no end and checked e-CAS obsessively for 6 months, but everything was just fine in the end.
