I am an August 2012 applicant. I was just reviewing my documents last week and found that the timelines that my employer put on my reference letter was incorrect. I got this corrected from my employers and emailed a soft-copy yesterday to ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca.
Will my application be impacted because of this? Would it be wise to send a hard copy of the document as well?

Seniors, please advise.

I sent an updated reference letter for one of my jobs in December as my initial one was not signed by my manager (was by human resources) and did not have duties and responsibilities on it. Few days after I emailed the letter I got an email from cpp-o saying that it was added to my application. Make sure you explain in your email why you are sending it.

Make sure CIC acknowledges your email / adding the letter to your file. Sending hard copy is not required.
