Provide all of the addresses where you have lived

Last year I lived for 5 months in another country as an Exchange Student, however my legal address never changed. My stay was less than 6 months so I didn't have a formal address in that country. If in my address history I put this 5 months in another place it will not mach with my documents that state I have lived in my current address for the past 10+ years.
Advice?

5 months is a considerable chunk of time and I think you should report it separately.

Did you live in a building of any type? Did that building have a street number, etc.? If it did, put that down.
