Prove that Sponsor intends to move to Canada if Principle Applicant is granted permenant residencey?

Hi,

My boyfriend and I are applying for sponsorship (common law) and are currently living in Wales, UK. I was hoping someone could help me out with ways in which he (the sponsor) can prove that he intends to move to Canada should they grant me (principle applicant) premenant residency.

Is a written letter of explanation good enough? Along with proof that he is only in the UK on a temporary visa? Would a letter providing proof that he has a job waiting for him when he goes back be ok? Any information you have to offer will be extremely helpful!

What you have is good, maybe also add a proof that you guys are apartment hunting
