Hello guys,
I have a junior brother who has a first degree (BioChem-BSC). But as a trained qualified experience Pipe Wielder, is he qualify to apply for Permanent Resident?
Currently, he is working with a local company. And at the end of the month, their wages are paid to them cash right at the account department and not via bank.
Now that his salary is not paid via the Bank for him to obtain his Bank Statement as a prove of job experience, is there any other CIC accepted method/ways he can use to prove this without his Bank statement. He has enough fund in his account that is more than $10,000 (Canadian)
He receives his wage cash from his company and goes straight to deposite it to the Bank.
Please help as usual.
Thanks,

1. He needs a statement of duties from his employer. Which has to contain the following:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob476.asp See No. 12

Also he is going to have to prove that he served an apprenticeship as a welder.
