Protector stamp required for Student Visa + Correspondence letter for PGWP with Expired Study permit

Hi,
I will be traveling back from Pakistan to Canada in a month (March) and I need to know if a Protector Stamp is required while exiting Pakistan with following documents:

• Student Visa (Valid till end of April).
• Study Permit (Expired in Jan).
• Applied for PGWP (still under processing).
• Correspondence letter for Open Work Permit (Valid till July).

Did anyone face similar situation in past or have knowledge about whether I should get a protector stamp or not?

If yes, can I get a protector stamp on open work permit without having a job offer? Because from what I have seen, the primary form for getting the protector stamp needs all the details of the job offer / employer as the *required information.
