Hello to all, I really need help at this time i came in Canada (Toronto) in 2017 and i applied for aslyum but at 2018 i withdraw my aslyum claim before hearing and left Canada valountry by my own paid airline ticket also in exit i report CBSA and one of security guard escort me in aircraft, The reason i withdraw my claim because of my 3 years daughter she was not in safehand in back home but when i arrive in back home manything happen to me and to my life. Right now i have a chance to come in Canada by Quebec cause i am making my plan to come first in US and move my self to Quebec and apply second time claim in Canada Quebec. Please help me out in this situation kindly let me know if someone know correct information about immigration example if i came back to Canada Quebec via US by road and apply aslyum do my previous record shows up ? Do my previous claim effect my claim now if i apply again ? Do CBSA will deport me back from where i come from ? Do i have any other option to save my life from deportation ? I'm not coming to Canada legally i am crossing by US this time so please guide me with correct information cause this is matter of my life.

Thanks

I can answer one of the questions. Yes, obviously your previous claim is on record and CBSA/IRCC will know.
If you are deported, you will be sent back to your home country, not back to the USA.
Do you even have a valid visa or ESTA to travel to the USA now? If you had one, it may have been cancelled already.
It's always possible that CBP in the US will refuse you entry, even if you can get there. They will also know about the previous claim.

Nobody here can legally assist you with an illegal entry into Canada. You should make your claim in the USA, if you can even get there...

Your best option is economic immigration. As previous noted the US may have cancelled your visa when you claimed asylum in the US. The fact that you withdrew your previous application and left is likely to have a significant effect on a new application if you are able to get into Canada.

There is nothing a way to help me out in this situation ?

How old is your younger brother? Did you not consult your lawyer before leaving the country? You essentially put yourself in a very bad position and assume you decided that your daughter’s safety was in so much danger that you were prepared to risk ever getting asylum in Canada. When you file for asylum the US would have been notified. Did you come to Canada illegally through the US last time? That certainly would increase chances that your US visa has been cancelled.

I said "If you are deported" not "If you were deported". A new deportation will be to your home country, not back to the USA.

When ? They gonna deport me ? Is there is not a any law in this situation to protect me ? If someone withdraw his claim before hearing and leaves valountry with own paid airlines and informing CBSA the exit of Canada they can't make other claim when they came to Canada in legally or illegally ? Please answer me that cause my situation i knows what going on so kindly guide the thing which works for someone protecting & safely .

If you are coming to Canada with a valid visa (which i assume you have) , you can again claim for asylum at the port of entry.

OP claimed asylum previously, so they do not have a valid TRV and will not be able to get one for a long time. They plan to enter Canada illegally.

Your brother is an adult. He can live on his own. You really need to check to see if your US visa is cancelled there is a good chance that your US visa may have been cancelled electronically. Even if you do get to Canada your return to your home country raises huge doubts about your life being at risk.
