Im a inland refugee in canada, i was accepted around September and i applied for my PR since March that i got my Court paperwork, my PR is still processing and i dont have a VOS, as far as i know my status is considered Protected person, my question is can i write a invitation letter to a friend from a visa required country, in order to help for his Visa application. In the cic website it says and i quote
a photocopy of a document proving your status in Canada, such as

- a Canadian birth certificate, if you were born in Canada,
- a Canadian citizenship card, if you are a naturalized citizen, or
- a copy of your PR card or your IMM 1000 proof of landing, if you are a permanent resident.
