It’s very important dilemma when we become protected person till then we dnt have enough savings so buying a house become a major problem . So what kind of initiatives we should take for buying a property ?
What are the best investment opportunities with budget up to 100 k. ?
Areas? Province ? Any other suggestion?

Buying a house is major problem to most Canadian. Speculation, price skyrocketing and not enough supply makes it difficult. I'm not sure if i understood purpose of this thread, but i understand being protected person doesnt place you in the same place as PR/Citizen

I heard (may be I would be wrong ) over there ppl have job issues and due to extreme cold weather it’s very hard to live there ..is it so?
Overall Canada weather is cold, except in Lower Mainland, Okanagan region, Osoyoos both in BC that doesn't have extreme cold weather. In terms of job availability, yes Alberta has highest unemployment rate 11%, this could attribute to fall of oil and gas sector. You also need to consider In terms of affordability, housing prices etc. Again based on statistics, Alberta is the 4th populous province in Canada. We can make conclusion based on the facts

I have been living here for last 2 years and i have ever faced any problems so far at some point I decided to move to Toronto but I didn’t like it there and went back to Alberta.I would say Alberta weather is better than Toronto for me in Toronto today is -7 while in Alberta calgary it is +11

Alberta’s unemployment rate is 7.3%, not 11%. National average is 6.9% and Alberta is expected to lead the country in growth.
