Hello,
For Canadian Study permit country tie, should someone attach a Property evaluation certificate from CA firm only? Or is it mandatory to translate and then submit the property ownership document also? Because CA firm will check all documents before issuing the Property evaluation in someone's name, right?
Also, is it a problem to have combined ownership documents? Like for example, there's a 10 storeyed building with let's say 10 owners. Each one owns one floor. In the ownership documents there is each one's name with details of their portion of ownership in the building. Anyone have experience with documents like this?
Thanks.
