bhai, notary 10-20 rupiye leta hai, agar karwa logey to kya jayega. (all documents must be in english, if not then translations are to be attached along with original docs.)

Certificate from Chartered Accountant.....he/she will give you the certificate you can put that in your file

What I did.. you need only notarized photocopy of your property document with valuation certificate .. thats it
Valuation certificate can be obtained from certified evaluater or any license architecture on his letter head with license number stamp .. . ..

i said movable and non movable....so it includes house,vehicles,...everything...so if you include all that it might reach

That's not required. If you show just One year tuition fee+ 10000$ + Funds for flight tickets is enough

GIC+ reciept is only needed not other thing required
