Hello!
This is my first post so please bear with me. (And yes, I did search the forum before posting )
I am a Canadian citizen living in Australia with my Aussie husband and son. We are about to submit our Family Class sponsorship forms, and wanted to double check one section before we submit.
Question 11 within the Sponsor Questionnaire (Are you currently living in Canada?), we have answered no since we are not there. However, I'm not sure what to include as "proof" that we intent to return other than a written statement. We both work for a multi-national and have applied for internal transfers. However, this will be contingent of the approval of his residency, so I can't provide proof. (Form options are: job offer in Canada, employment contract in Canada, etc)
My plan is select other, and include a statement of intent, which explains we've applied for a transfer but the offer / contract will be contingent on his residency approval. And go into a bit more detail of our plans to reestablish ourselves.
Does that sound adequate? If it's not, will they come back to us, or reject the application?
Thx Kate
