proof to live in Canada??

How can i prove that my husband and I will live in Canada after he receives his PR?
we dont have any of their suggested ideas such as own any properties in canada, job offer, go to school.....etc...

we just want to move there because where we currently live is not stable!

Do i write a letter and if so, what do i say?

Assuming you are Canadian, start applying for jobs through Indeed or Workopilis. Keep the acknowledgments you receive. Submit rental inquiries to property management companies on rental properties available. Submit all those.
If you have family and friends in Canada, they can supply support documents if you are staying with them till you get settled.
