HI everyone,

currently we are living outside the Canada and need your advices what i can write in this proof that we intend to live in Canada ?

Here are some things that might help:

- Letter from your family stating they know of your plans
- Some sort of banking or savings account that has movement. RRSPs?
- A job offer, a job search, proof of applying to jobs in Canada
- Proof that you've secured a place to live, or that you have been looking for housing
- Proof you intend to leave the country where you currently live (e.g., you're closing bank accounts, you've given notice to your landlord if you're leaving, etc.)

I had one aunt, one friend and my parents write and sign letters that they are aware of our plan to move back to Canada once my wife's application is approved. I also printed off an email exchange between myself and a real estate agent in Canada about looking at places once we arrived in Canada. I was approved just over a week ago to sponsor my wife just on those 4 things.

It's difficult with the uncertainty of sponsorship approval not to mention the strike delays, to commit to buying property in Canada, paying college tuition, or even applying for jobs in Canada (how could you possibly go for an interview?) The same goes for selling property that your spouse owns in her home country, as that is really something you can only do when you know you have been accepted.
