I have worked in foreign country for 1.5 years, and I did not get along well with my boss, he is super micromanaging.
I am curious, other than letter of reference from my mentor (include job duties, working hours, benefits, salary.etc)
What ELSE should I include? I won't be able to show tax record and paystub because he paid us in cash.
Anyone has been to this situation before?
