Proof of work from hometown

I wanted to get a reference letter from my past employers in Iran in order to show proof of my work in PR application. Should they write the letter in Farsi(Persian) language and then I attach its certified translation to it(with stamps) or should I just request the company to write the letter in English?

Yes have a certified translation and include your paystubs, bank statements and tax information.
