Hi, I have not launched my application yet because I wanted to know what documents are asked for as proof of employment. I am an Albanian citizen and if any other Albanian or other citizens have applied, can you tell me how do you prove you have foreign work experience hence you qualify to apply?

You need reference letter from your employer in the CIC format as below:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that XYZ, a ABC National, has been working Full time (50 hours per week) at XYZ COMPANY on the post of JOB TITLE from ___________ to date. During his service, he has been carrying out the following duties:

1. Duty – 1
2. Duty – 2
3. Duty – 3
4. Duty – 4
5. Duty – 5
6. Duty – 6
7. Duty – 7
8. Duty – 8

His monthly income is $000000/- (approx.) which becomes more than $00000000 Annually.

The problem is that the company I work for in Albania is paying all employees minimal wage officially to avoid taxation and we do not say anything either because we are also profiting from a lower declared salary because we pay less in social security. My boss has no problem issuing me a reference letter of the kind but how do I justify a manager position that is paid $300 a month. He is not willing to say the real salary that is paid under the table. How would I justify $15000 in savings if I am getting paid "only" 300 a month. Will the officer suspect and ban me from entering canada or applying for years?

Try providing a gift deed from your parents, proving that they gave you money. Then nobody will ask you anything.

sorry for prolonging the conversation but how is a gift deed made? Can I ask my brother in the UK to make me one, he earns substantially more than my parents.

prefer someone living in your country like parents (if they are living with you).

Hello, I received ADR to submit pay stubs and proof of salary.
Can I submit a letter from my employer in above format as valid document for proof of salary?

Hadn't u already mentioned ur annual salary in the reference letter ??? What was ur means of receiving the salary , was it through bank or by cash ???

Unfortunately NO. My spouse's company had strange rules and they gave us a very generic letter with dates of employment, title and duties. To support the case we had submitted tax returns as well. Means of payment in cash.

Just provide the salary slips and arrange to get the past 6 months of bank statement where your salary was credited.

Thanks you for the suggestion, arranging for pay slips.
Since we were paid in cash cannot show all the amount clearly on bank statements. If we convince the employer to give us a salary certificate will that be a fitting proof in place of statements?

I guess in this case payslip receipt, pay stubs and salary certificate should be enough, still i would suggest include bank statement to show deposits.
