Proof of Work experience

I recently got my AOL, and I am supposed to submit my complete application by end of July. I worked in a company i the past (over 10 years ago) that has folded up. I have misplaced the employment later though the experience was not listed i my form on experience, but it is in another section (What I have been doing in the past. What do I do.

if it is more than 10 years u dont need proof , u just need to mention it in pesonal history in schedule 1
