Proof of work experience?

What kind of proof of experience does the Canada Consulate usually ask for? Has anyone here had any experience with that?

Company Letter, Tax documents, pay stubs etc.

Pay slips, appointment letters, tax retuns, service contracts.

Heya Folks, I applied under the Simplified Application Process in July 2007, I just want to know if I have only reference letters from my previous employers (official letter head), stating ONLY my Job title, salary and period of employment, will that be acceptable under the part-time employment category? I dont have the payslips or contract of employment.

Please advice.
