Proof of Visit?

As the sponsor, I need proof of my visits. I didn't think to keep my boarding passes, and they only stamped my passport for one of the two visits I've made so far. I copied my passport stamps for the one visit, and printed the payment reciepts for all the flights related to our visits, will this be enough?

You don't need boarding passes - we sent flight itineraries. Every time you buy a ticket online, you're sent both a confirmation of payment and your flight itinerary to your email. So we just printed those.
