I’m currently applying to extend my study permit. There's a question which asks "Have you had a medical exam performed by an IRCC authorized panel physician (doctor) within the last 12 months?" in which I put "Yes" as my answer. As such, for supporting documents, I am required to upload proof of upfront medical exam. However, last November, I went for an exam as it was required of me when I was extending my permit. I do not have the medical report since the authorized panel physician directly sent it to IRCC with an electronic version.
