I am using the document checklist Eastern Europe for my spouse they want "Proof of studies
You must submit proof of studies for you and each family member 18 years of age or older. This includes diplomas with transcripts listing subjects and proof of incomplete and current studies."

My wife has 4 years university in economics and another 4 years in linguistics... What do they mean with transcripts listing subjects? all the classes she went to with the notes?

Also does she need high school (secondary) diplomas? elementary etc?

My wife included all her schooling, even high school. I can't remember if grade was in there too, but it might have been.

The guide calls for transcripts, so yes, she must include a transcript.

Transcript means the official list of classes and generallyincludes the grade or score achieved.
