Hello, I have a question.
My partner is going to apply for a closed work permit, but we are waiting for the positive LMIA. We have already seen the process for her and we have everything clear. The issue is that when I, who would apply for an open work permit as her common law partner, try to answer the questions I am asked there is one that I don't know what to answer and it goes like this:
Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada (required)?
I don't know if I should answer yes or no (I guess yes), and when I say yes, they ask me in the documents for a proof of status of my partner. Taking into account that she would be in a "maintained status", how would that proof be?
Thank you
