Proof of sibling relationship...Family surname differs by an alphabet

Hi Guys,

I want to claim points for siblings but my brother's passport has a different family surname which differs by an alphabet. He uses extra "A" in family surname, even in parents name. What are my options to proof the relationship that we have common parents.

Birth certificates of you both + a notarized affidavit from your brother stating that there's a name difference due to an extra alphabet and that he is indeed your brother.
