Hi,
I would like to know is gratuity accepted as proof of funds? If so, what are the required documents and process

since my some of funds are not mature in my account I am going to include a LOE to explain the funds whereI deposited eearlier with transaction history of that particular bank account ( it was in my mother’s account by money belongs to me). Would it will be successful? Anyone has this kind of experience?

Nope that won't work. IRCC doesn't take the view that your money in your mother's account is yours. They just don't have the time or interest to do a forensic analysis to believe you.

You seem to want to make this extremely complicated.

IRCC wants to see liquid cash that's legitimately earned by you in an account in your name. If you don't have that then I suggest you earn the money required to meet the threshold.

It doesn't matter much. IF you got money in your account and you can prove that this is available to you. Get a gift letter signed from Notary public from your Mother and money is yours. No one can challenge it in any court.

No-one can challenge in any court? Are you serious? Just because you get signed something by a Notary doesn't mean its true. A Notary only witnesses you signing something, not the legitimacy of what you're signing. Please have the decency to not spread misinformation.

It COMPLETELY matters to IRCC or any provincial nominee program how the money was sourced. If they think that your mother and father are giving you money for PR, they will be raising an issue with it.

That money is belongs to me and I can show previous transactions how I have transferred that money to my mother's account

I mean Notary is legal and to challenge it you need to put something nullify the notary letter. Yes it is completely upon IRCC/Province but the only way to reject is suspicion.

When I submit my file(s) I submit letters that omit all doubts like for employment I would like to submit Appointment letter, salary slips, visiting cards and bank statement showing my salary transfer. With such extensive documentation its hard for them to reject or doubt the legitimacy.

In your case this is the money you own and the proof is the gift certificate signed by your mother and notarized.
