Guys I have two questions related to claiming points for siblings who are PR holders in Canada already

1. I have two siblings who have PR. Am I required to show proof of status/relationship/residency for BOTH siblings? Or just one would do?

2. One of my these siblings moved recently and got PR card just 2 weeks ago. Can I use their recently acquired Canadian driver's license to as proof of residency? Since he arrived recently in Canada he doesnt have utility bills or tax documents in his name yet.

I think it is enough to show proofs for one of your sibling who has proper documentation. You need to mention both of them in the application under "relatives residing in Canada" or some similar section. The proofs AFAIK is enough for one sibling:
1) Proof of relationship. Birth certificates of both of you having parent names OR both of your passports if they contain parent names
2) PR card of sibling
3) Utility bills to prove they are currently residing in Canada. Any recent electricity bills should work fine.
