Hello Experts,

I am about to fill out a PR renewal application as my PR card is expiring in Feb, 2025. I became PR in Jan, 2020 and moved permanently to Canada in Nov, 2022. In between also I visited Canada on PR for very short periods. In total I have 761 days of physical presence as of today. I work for a US employer so I do not have paystubs or T4. I commute for work via land border. I have following docs though:

1. Notice of assessment for the year 2022 and 2023.
2. Bank statements (since Nov 2022). However, after one year, I converted my checking bank account to a joint one with my wife. I do have a savings account completely in my name but not as much activity as checking.
3. 10 months of lease in my and my wife's name. However, I stayed there with my wife for 12 months (2 months month to month)
4. 13 months of utility bill of a house purchased in my wife's name only as my wife took out the mortgage in Canada.
5. Two year worth of phone bills completely in my name. Currently, I don't know how to gather these. Any tips appreciated.
6. 13 months of club membership

FYI: My wife works in Canada. It is easy in her case as we can show two years worth of employment records(paystubs, t4 etc)

I am looking for some advice for myself here as to what are the best set of documents I should upload to minimize chances of rejection or follow-ups

Thanks.
