Proof of Residency and Payment Method Questions

Will 1 copy of water and 1 electricity bill suffice for the Proof of Residency Requirement?
Maybe I can skip the other documents like lease agreements and employers letter of my relative?

For Payment method, when I indicate the details of my VISA card on the fee payment form in my application,
will they contact me to confirm when they charge the payment my VISA bank account?

I am also looking for a comment from seniors regarding residency proof requirement.... I believe it will serve the purpose in your case.... seniors comment would add value

Regarding CC charge, I don't think they will communicate before charging since their requirement of expiry and things is stated clearly
