Hi I am a London applicant, My aunt(Mothers Sister) is in Canada, I have been asked by the Visa office to produce my mothers birth certificate. My present situation is.
1. Her birth was not registered.
2. We had submitted the school letter showing my mothers and Aunts details.
3. Also we had submitted the letter from my mothers Parish.

After giving all these details they are asking for the Birth certificate of my mother.
Any one know any other alternative doccument to be produced. Else how to get one in India, what is the procedure.

you can ask to court or take advice of lawyer on your mother Birth Certificate. If birth register is missplaced or not registered then court will help you. contact lawyer (do not contact immigration lawyer).

When I enquired they are telling the Order has to be issued by the RDO, and the Village office (Panchayath) has to issue the letter, it will take more than 4 months thats what the information I got it, Is there any other way I can get this detail from the court, I need this in 15 days. An early reply will be appreciated.

Thats depend on your local court and process, I dont know timeframe, but court is the only way, From India now Birth certificate formate changed in somany states, if I look birthcertificate 3 to 7years ago is different then new current birth certificate format, so go through lawyer advice only.

did you sent your mother School leaving certifiate before to CHC/CIC? School leaving also acceptable. even geting your mother school leaving certificate you can prove relationship, even get effedavite from court is easy.
if you are staying abroad then Indian Mission will help you.

I am not an expert, but would it be a good idea to send an email to VO explaining the route you are taking to get your mother's birth certificate and asking for an extension? I would not take a risk of running over their allotted time frame without giving them notice well in advance.

Any one from India know, how to get a Birth certificate for the persons birth was not registered, boarn on 1959. I got the information as approch the RDO and request for it, its a time consuming process, We have the school registration number from the school register and the Marriage certificate from the Church.
