My maternal uncle is in Canada and I need to prove that. He has all the required documents to prove his father, like his birth certificate, marriage certificate stating his father name. The issue is at my mother's side.

The problem area is that, my mother doesn't have a birth certificate (althought I somehow might get it from the authorities if I try very hard since her parents are no more) and her name also changed after marriage (the surname is now my father's name, first name is the same) She has her 10th grade certificate, which is a government document, to prove my grand father's name but her name on it is her old name and not her new name, she also have a marriage certificate with her father name which is in my native language (I can get it translated as well) and hence again her old name on it. How should I link everything in this regard. Which document proves that the person with the old name and the new name are the same? I would prefer if the 10th grade certificate work since it is in English and I don't have to do anything for it. Any suggestions would be welcome since I have only 19 days left to submit everything :-[

I have a birth certificate proving my as her daughter so that is also not an issue as well.

In countries like ours, Immigration officers know that women change their last name(surname) and middle name after marriages.
Get the marriage certificate translated and notarized, and one more notarized certificate declaring which names she has used in the past.
Send a copy of these two notarized certificates and her 10th grade certificate along with documents from your uncle side.
