1. He is not your "uncle" An uncle would be your father/mother's brother.

Yes I know according to the definition of family members he's not my uncle, but is my dad's maternal aunt's son. Any way to prove relationship or best to just go with the invitation letter?

Hi another question please. In my purpose of travel should I choose tourism or visiting friends/family? Given my uncle is actually does not fit the family definition, as he's my dad's cousin.
