Proof of relationship

How can my friend provide proof for her relationship with her cousins and that she's going to Canada to visit them? How can she proof she's their cousin? What should she provide in her application to as proof of relationship if she's just going to visit her uncle and cousins, but family names are different (uncle is brother of the mother).

Proof of relationship to her uncle: Birth certificates of her mom and her uncle (that state the names of the grandparents)

Who will provide the invitation letter? Her uncle or cousins? If it is her uncle then the above will suffice

Can a friend invite another friend for a visit?

Yes, of course.... the Invitation Letter must explain how the friend in Canada will help (for example: provide accommodation, travel and living expenses)
