Which option should i select? Yes she is living with me but she is here for 1 month and then she will go back but while she is here i am submitting case as outland. Then do i need to select as Yes ?

She is sponsoring me. I am not sponsoring her. And she is here with me in Pakistan on holidays and then she will go back after 1 month. Then what would be the answer

If she goes back and you stay in Pakistan, and you're submitting an outland application, then you're not living together. She's just with you on a holiday, that's not living together long term.
