I heard someone saying that if it's conversation between u and ur spouse u don't have to translate it..
As long as it is not a official doc, it should be fine

1. If you want it to be considered, then a translated copy should accompany it, as the chances are that CIC is not going to translate it, so they will ignore any proof that is not in English or French. It doesn't have to be an official translation.
