Proof of Relationship - Originals?

We are in the process of collecting proof of relationship from our friends and family from across the world.... they've shared their reference letters with us after over email...will that do or we need the original signed letters only?

Also for the photos from different times... we've compiled them into a pdf with the details of date and occassion and people in the picture in typed text format....will that work or do we need to submit hard copies of only the photos?

We also have a scan copy of the wedding card....will that do or do we have to send a physical copy of the card?

Please help!
