Proof of relationship - Mother's name mismatch

Hi - Currently I am staying in Canada with work permit. Next year I would like may parents to visit me.
However, all my documents have my mother's nickname and her passport has a complete different name.
Will this matter when she applies for a visitor visa? If yes, what should we do?
