IMM 5490 requires extensive explanation for the proof of my relationship with my wife.
In that form (and additional sheets) I put in photos from our wedding and trips, etc. to demonstrate authenticity.

Now I am getting to the "Supporting Documents" for Country Specific Instructions for the U.S. and #9 again requests that I provide Proof of Relationship to Sponsor with wedding photos, letters, phone bills, etc.

The only difference I can see is that in the Supporting Documents sections it says Photos must be loose.

Is there a difference between these two requirements? Should I provide the same stuff twice?
Once you've proved your relationship in the sponsor/spouse questionnaire it seems redundant to provide that proof in the supporting documents.

Thanks.

You don't have to supply the proof twice. And you can either send loose photos or print several per page on normal paper.
