Do we need to prove our relationship for SPonsorship PR Application as we have already proved our relationship to them when we applied for the Family Visitor Visa. Wouldn't they have all of our information on file? My husband is from India and currently living here with me at my parents house.

I would just assume that nothing is kept on file and provide as much proof as possible. You never know if it is a different department altogether that will be reviewing your case. Also, you do not want to risk have approval delayed by them having to request more docs. Just provide everything as you would if nothing was kept on file.

All the best!

Yes, always provide whatever back up is requested for each application.

Even if you apply for the Open Work Permit with an Inland Spousal Application, there is duplicated back up requested for that and the PR app, but each application, as Stevin mentioned, is handled by different departments/staff. Always send a complete application--even if you know they have some info. Chances of them linking it together is VERY slim.
